  • By booking, the guest agrees they have read all the details about the property and agree to our terms and conditions.
  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code and communal door code for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 4th floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.
  • Download the Latch App from the provided check-in instruction email to access the unit door code and communal door code for the Lobby, Elevator, Gym, and Pool. The Latch app is required for use during your stay.
  • Dedicated parking space is provided, marked as spot #47, in the building's parking garage.
  • Guests have access to building amenities: pool (open seasonally), gym, community grills, outdoor ping pong, lounge areas around the firepit, and rooftop escapes.

  • Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events, parties, or weddings allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • Maximum guests: 12
  • No pets allowed (maxPets: 0).
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for injury or damages caused.

  • Dedicated parking space is provided, marked as spot #47, in the building's parking garage.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically between early spring months and the end of October, from 10AM to 10PM, at the discretion of the HOA. This year the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025
  • Complimentary luggage holding service is available Monday-Sunday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Subject to availability. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
  • Starter amenities for kitchens and bathrooms are provided. Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
  • The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
  • Two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom will be provided.
  • Additional items cannot be provided if requested; these are starter supplies only.

  • Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
  • Amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable for injury or damages caused.

  • This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. Not all units are affected.
  • The property is located in downtown Nashville. Guests may encounter city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction, as well as individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter.
  • Multiple units are managed within this building. Unit sizes and décor may vary. If the unit viewed is not a fit, please inquire for alternatives.
